2. Hosting
This website is delivered through Cloudflare. In that context, technically required connection data such as IP address, time of access, browser information and requested files are processed in order to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Contact form
When you contact me through the form, I process the data you enter (name, email address, optional company and message) to handle your request. To protect the form against spam and bots, I use Cloudflare Turnstile. After successful verification, your message is forwarded via the email service Resend to me. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; for bot protection Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
4. External links and analytics
This website currently does not use analytics or marketing tools. Links to external sites such as GitHub or LinkedIn only transfer data to the respective provider after you actively click them.
5. Third-country transfers
When using Cloudflare and Resend, personal data may be processed in third countries, in particular the United States. According to their own statements, these providers use appropriate data protection safeguards.
6. Your rights
You have the statutory rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection and complaint with a supervisory authority.
